Ali is a corporate and commercial litigator in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court.
She has broad experience working on a variety of complex business disputes, including cases involving corporate governance, M&A transactions, fiduciary duties, shareholder demands, employee non-compete and non-solicitation obligations, alternative entities, breach of contract, and appraisal demands.
Her corporate and commercial litigation experience also spans the Delaware Supreme Court and the US District Court for the District Delaware, as well as appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ali has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her work in commercial litigation and corporate law. She was also recognized in Delaware Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for business litigation.
Ali maintains an active pro bono practice, including representation of victims of domestic abuse and mortgage fraud, and a victory in a custody trial.
