The Delaware State Bar Association’s Corporation Law Council hosts a CLE program at the DSBA Conference Center in Wilmington with two panel discussions on October 10, 2024.

Morris Nichols corporate and commercial litigation partner Ali Cumings speaks on the first panel, “Part I: Delaware 2024 Corporate Law Update: A Conversation with Practitioners and Delaware Supreme Court Justice Abigail M. LeGrow.”

Morris Nichols partner Dave Harris will speak on the second panel titled, “Part II: Transactional Issues in the Spotlight”. Dave is a member of the DSBA’s Limited Partnership and LLC Committee, which is responsible for reviewing and updating Delaware’s partnership and LLC statutes.
