Vault 2025 Ranks Morris Nichols Among Best Mid-Atlantic and Midsize Law Firms

Today, Vault Law released its annual ranking of US law firms, with Morris Nichols appearing #22 on the list of top Mid-Atlantic law firms.

Morris Nichols also features on Vault’s list of the best midsize law firms to work for, landing at #16 for pro bono work, #19 for wellness initiatives, and #25 for diversity.

The firm is also earned a spot among the Top 150 Under 150, a list of leading small and mid-sized firms with 150 lawyers or fewer.

Vault touts Morris Nichols’ focus on Delaware law, based in a single office in Wilmington with clients nationwide in practices spanning corporate transactions and disputes to federal district court litigation in IP and bankruptcy proceedings.

The 2025 results are based on Vault’s Annual Associate Survey conducted from January 2024 through March 2024, asking associate attorneys to assess their own firms on workplace initiatives and reputation among peers in the region.
