Thomas is a corporate litigator, focusing on complex corporate and commercial disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery.
He primarily litigates cases concerning mergers and acquisitions and matters of corporate governance.
His experience includes stockholder class and derivative actions; post-closing disputes over merger, stock purchase, and asset purchase agreements; contests for control of corporate entities; special litigation committee investigations; and statutory proceedings under Delaware’s corporate and alternative entity laws.
Since 2021, Thomas has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in commercial litigation and corporate law.
