FIRMA 35th Annual Fiduciary Risk Management Conference

The Fiduciary & Investment Risk Management Association hosts their 35th annual Fiduciary Risk Management Conference May 1-5 in Nashville, Tennessee.

On Tuesday, May 3, Todd Flubacher will present, “Directed Trusts in Today’s Fiduciary World.” This session will provide an overview of directed trusts and the planning opportunities that are available with a directed trust structure. Todd will compare various approaches to directed trust statutes, including the Uniform Trust Code and Uniform Directed Trust Act, and discuss relevant case law, drafting tips, direction letters and administration.
