23rd Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds

The International Bar Association hosts their annual private investment fund conference from March 9-11, 2025, in London. The conference features insights from top legal, business and fund professionals from around the world.

Morris Nichols partner Dave Harris speaks during the third workshop on March 10, “Managing conflicts of interest.” Discussion topics include how sponsors manage conflicts of interest, including allocations among multiple products, affiliate transactions, and secondaries, while also considering the applicable regulatory regimes in which the funds operate.
