DBA: Foundations of Delaware Trusts Series - Discretionary Decision-Making

The Delaware Bankers Association will begin their Foundations of Delaware Trusts Series on March 29, 2021 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am EST.

Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher will co-present with Cynthia D.M. Brown of Commonwealth Trust Company in the first session on "Discretionary Decision-Making." They will explore fiduciary duties and how to interpret the various types of discretionary trust provisions combined with a Q&A portion.
