ACTEC 2024 Meeting
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel hosts their annual Fall meeting in Chicago from September 19-22, 2024. The Professional programming portion focuses on “Three’s Company or Three’s a Crowd,” delving into the interaction between estate planners, fiduciary counsel, and fiduciary litigators.
Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher co-presents the September 21 morning session, “Come and Knock on Our Door - We’ve Been Waiting for You! Greeting Unwelcome (or Downright Difficult) Distribution Requests.” Panelists will discuss how a trustee handles typical and not-so-typical distribution language in trust documents and interesting requests from beneficiaries.
