ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting 2024

From April 4 through April 6, 2024, the American Bar Association hosts their hybrid Business Law Section Spring Meeting in Orlando, FL. Three Morris Nichols partners will participate in the meeting as committee leaders and speakers.

Corporate counseling partner Patricia Vella serves as Vice Chair of the M&A Committee.

On Friday, April 5, corporate litigator Bill Lafferty speaks at the M&A Committee’s Acquisitions of Public Companies Subcommittee Meeting on the panel, “Navigating Transactions with Controllers.”

Also on Friday, Sara Gelsinger speaks on the panel, “Restrictive Covenants: Recent Delaware Law Developments” at the Private Equity M&A Joint Subcommittee Meeting.
