37th Tulane Corporate Law Institute

Tulane University Law School hosts its 37th Annual Corporate Law Institute on March 6-7, 2025, a premier M&A, corporate, and securities law conference. The conference features M&A and securities practitioners, leading corporate counsel, and members of the Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery judiciary to discuss predominant issues and topics in corporate law.
