2024 Randy J. Holland Delaware Joint Inns of Court Event

On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, the Randy J. Holland Joint Inns Committee hosts the annual Joint Inns of Court Meeting in Wilmington, Delaware with programming focused on wellness in the legal community.

Morris Nichols partner RJ Scaggs will co-present the first session, “Ethics & Wellness: Why Health Is a Big Deal for Lawyers.” The session will discuss how mental health and wellness impact a lawyer’s ability to represent their client and will cover what some firms are doing to support better mental health practices.

RJ chairs the Delaware’s Lawyers Assistance Committee and is a frequent speaker on lawyer addiction, well-being, and recovery.
