2023 District of Delaware Bench & Bar Conference

The US District Court for the District of Delaware hosts its fourth Bench & Bar Conference from September 21 to 22, 2023, in Wilmington, Delaware. Programming includes plenary sessions with judges from the District of Delaware, the Federal Circuit, the Third Circuit, and District Courts nationwide, as well as prominent thought leaders and practitioners.

On Friday, September 22, Morris Nichols bankruptcy and restructuring attorney Sophie Rogers Churchill moderates the session, “Bankruptcy: Evolution of DIP Financing Orders.” Esteemed panelists in the session include Chief Bankruptcy Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein (Bankr. D. Del.) and Bankruptcy Judge Mary F. Walrath (Bankr. D. Del.).

Morris Nichols attorneys have also contributed as members of the conference planning committee, including Jeremy Tigan, past DE-FBA president, bankruptcy partner Curtis Miller, and IP attorneys Anthony Raucci and Ben Yenerall.
