2023 Delaware Trust Conference

From October 17-18, 2023, the Delaware Bankers Association hosts its eighteenth annual Delaware Trust Conference at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware.

On October 17, Morris Nichols corporate litigator Matt Clark will speak on the plenary session, “Electronic Execution of Estate Planning Documents.” The session will focus on Delaware’s recently enacted statute that explicitly authorizes the electronic execution of many trust-related documents. The panel will examine the statute in detail and discuss potential uses and misuses to avoid litigation.
