Morris Nichols Named Delaware IP Leader in 2024 IAM Patent 1000 Guide
“Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell is by far the leader. The best Delaware firm,” according to the 2024 edition of IAM Patent 1000. Released today, the annual guide identifying the world’s leading patent professionals again lists Morris Nichols’ Intellectual Property Litigation group in the highest “gold” tier for Delaware IP law firms.
All eight IP partners are listed among IAM’s leading Delaware patent litigation individuals. IAM editors note, “The Wilmington-based outfit stands apart as the local favorite for outside counsel and big-name clients looking to defend and assert their patents in Delaware courts.”
