Matt Harvey Named to T&W Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers 2021

Turnarounds & Workouts magazine has selected Morris Nichols partner Matt Harvey for its 2021 list of “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers.” Matt is one of a dozen corporate restructuring lawyers under the age of 40 identified for their outstanding achievements within the prior year.

Matt focuses on chapter 11 business bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, reorganization, and restructuring. Matt has a decade of experience handling in- and out-of-court restructuring transactions for publicly-traded and private companies, bankruptcy litigation and appeals, as well as commercial litigation. He also has substantial experience representing debtors, foreign representatives, and others in cross-border cases.
