Ryan Myers

Ryan is an associate with the Commercial Law Counseling group.

His practice focuses on partnership, limited liability company and statutory trust law, as well as administrative law, government entities and regulation, and unclaimed property.

During law school, Ryan was a staff member of the William & Mary Business Law Review. He also completed a legal internship with the Uganda Civil Society Strengthening Activity, a project funded by USAID and implemented by the East West Management Institute. Prior to law school, Ryan completed internships with the Michigan House of Representatives, the Government Accountability Office, and the Parliament of Canada.
