Rachel is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.
She represents national and regional clients.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Rachel gained valuable experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Abigail LeGrow of the Superior Court of Delaware and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Henry Van Eck of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
While in law school, Rachel served as comments editor of the Dickinson Law Review and as a teaching assistant for legal writing courses. She also competed in the 1L Mock Trial Championship, where she was awarded first place. At law school graduation, she was honored to be voted by her peers to serve as the JD Commencement Speaker.
