James is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.

Throughout his legal career, James has garnered valuable experience working on complex commercial litigation matters. He has drafted discovery requests, Daubert motions, and attorney declarations in connection with motions for summary judgment; prepared expert witnesses; managed document review; participated in settlement negotiations; and appeared before court to argue motions. His experience spans cases involving large financial institutions, disputes concerning derivative transactions, and cases involving breach of contract claims.

James started his legal career working at two prominent New York City law firms, where he focused on complex securities litigation and other commercial disputes.
