The Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization holds its annual conference from March 19 to 22, 2017 in Austin, Texas.

Morris Nichols partner Donna Culver will participate in the March 20 session, “So Many Chapters, So Little Time.” Presenters will use case studies to discuss the specifics and differences of Chapter 7 and 11 of the bankruptcy code and how it impacts unclaimed property reporting obligations.
