PLI’s Twenty-Fifth Annual Private Equity Forum

The Practising Law Institute hosts the Twenty-Fifth Annual Private Equity Forum from April 29 to 30, 2024. The program will discuss the evolving market for private equity terms, recent litigation matters, and trends attorneys encounter with working with PE funds and their fund portfolios.

Morris Nichols partner Dave Harris serves as faculty and co-presents the April 29 afternoon session, “Private Equity Litigation Update.” Discussion topics include a variety of recent litigation matters relevant to private equity attorneys, including Delaware partnership law updates.
