PLI’s Mergers & Acquisitions 2022: Advanced Trends and Developments

The Practising Law Institute will host the annual Mergers & Acquisitions program from January 20-21, 2022. The program will be held in-person and via live webcast and feature insights from leading US legal and investment banking professionals.
