PLI’s Twenty-Second Annual Director’s Institute on Corporate Governance
The Practising Law Institute hosts its annual Director’s Institute on Corporate Governance on November 25, 2024. The program will delve into topics such as oversight of complex operational issues, risk management, board succession, and executive compensation, and the latest from the First State.
