PBI Bankruptcy Institute 2022

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute hosts the hybrid 2022 Bankruptcy Institute on November 11, 2022. The program will feature speakers and updates on recent developments in bankruptcy law in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Morris Nichols partner Derek Abbott serves as program faculty and will speak on the panel, “Mass Torts.”
