NYU School of Law: For Whom is the Corporation Managed?

On Friday, December 6, 2019, New York University School of Law’s Institute for Corporate Governance and Finance (ICGF) hosts the roundtable program, “For Whom is the Corporation Managed?” featuring insights from leading on corporate law experts.

The program is part of ICGF’s Roundtable Series, seeking to bring together lawyers, academics, and corporate governance professionals to discuss a cutting-edge issue in corporate governance and finance.
