CSC Abandoned Property Compliance Webinar

Morris Nichols partner Michael Houghton will co-present a webinar on abandoned property compliance with the Honorable Jeffrey W. Bullock, Delaware Secretary of State.  Hosted by the Corporation Service Company (CSC), the program will take place on June 11, 2014 from 11:00AM - 1:00 PM EDT.

Secretary Bullock and Mr. Houghton will discuss Delaware’s Voluntary Disclosure Program for unclaimed property ahead of a significant June 30, 2014 enrollment deadline for “lock-back” period benefits.
