Delaware Views from the Bench 2022

The American Bankruptcy Institute and Delaware State Bar Association co-host their annual program featuring leading bankruptcy practitioners and perspectives from the Delaware bankruptcy and federal appellate bench.

Morris Nichols bankruptcy and restructuring attorney Sophie Rogers Churchill facilitates the morning session, “Successful Navigation of a Virtual Hearing.” Panelists including The Honorable Sherry R. Fallon and The Honorable John T. Dorsey will discuss virtual hearings becoming standard in courts across the country. Panel members will review best practices and lessons learned from the Court’s perspective since the mainstreaming of virtual hearings.
