Delaware Governance Institute 2023

On October 12, 2023, the University of Delaware’s John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance and the Corporate Governance Committee of the ABA’s Business Law Section co-present the Delaware Governance Institute. 

This all-day, in-person program to be held at UD’s Clayton Hall in Newark, Delaware will feature speakers and participants from the Delaware judiciary, the corporate community and plaintiff and defense attorneys, regulators, governance professionals, and institutional investors.

Panel programs will discuss ESG developments, Caremark updates relevant to directors, and MFW considerations in conflict transactions.
