American Bankruptcy Institute’s Winter Leadership Conference 2023

From November 30 to December 2, 2023, the American Bankruptcy Institute hosts their annual “Winter Leadership Conference” in Scottsdale with programming designed for consumer and business practitioners, as well as financial advisors.

Morris Nichols partner Derek Abbott will speak on the panel, “Making the Mediation: What to Consider When Selecting the Neutral,” on Friday, December 1. Through the lens of noteworthy cases, the panelists will discuss thought processes when deciding whether to mediate, selecting a neutral, and best practices to select mediators, how to work with them, and useful qualities in mediators.
