American Bankruptcy Institute’s Winter Leadership Conference 2022

The American Bankruptcy Institute hosts its annual Winter Leadership Conference from December 8 to 10, 2022. The WLC features topics structured for consumer and business practitioners, as well as financial advisors.

Derek Abbott will speak at the December 9 session, “Mediating Mass-Tort Multiparty Matters: The Four M’s.” The panel will discuss mediation in mass-tort/multiparty cases such as Puerto Rico, Purdue, The Boy Scouts, and the various religious institutions that have filed for bankruptcy.
