ABA Litigation Section Roundtable: Mediation in Bankruptcy

The ABA Section of Litigation Bankruptcy and Insolvency Litigation Committee will host a roundtable on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET. The panel consists of experienced jurists and practitioners discussing the risks and benefits inherent in any mediation strategy as well as issues like mediation privilege that may have unique implications in the bankruptcy setting.

Morris Nichols partner Curtis Miller will serve as a panelist. He is a past co-chair of the American Bar Association Bankruptcy & Insolvency Litigation Committee.
