2021 ABA Business Law Section Virtual Spring Meeting
The American Bar Association hosts the Business Law Section virtual spring meeting from April 19-23, 2021. Three Morris Nichols partners will attend the conference as committee leaders and speakers, sharing insights on alternative entities, Delaware corporate law, fiduciary duties, and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).
On Monday morning, Morris Nichols partner Lou Hering presents the annual “LLC Case Law Update” for the LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities committee, with emphasis on Delaware developments.
Patricia Vella co-chairs the Acquisitions of Public Companies subcommittee meeting on Thursday afternoon. She will also moderate a panel on Delaware law, fiduciary duties, and SPAC litigation as part of a joint Market Trends subcommittee and Public Companies subcommittee meeting focused on SPACs. Joining Tricia, Eric Klinger-Wilensky will speak on the SPAC trends panel. He is the immediate past-chair of the Private Equity and Venture Capital committee.
