Developments in Delaware corporate and other entity laws are significant to business lawyers across the United States because of the large number of corporations and other entities formed under Delaware law.

On Tuesday, February 13, Morris Nichols partners David Harris and Patricia Vella present a “Delaware Business Law Annual Update” to the Connecticut Bar Association’s Business Law Section.
