2024 VCGC Conference

From September 18-20, 2024, the L Suite (TechGC) hosts the annual VCGC conference in Toronto. Centered on the theme “Future Forward VCGC,” this conference focuses on challenges that face a venture capitalist general counsel. Industry experts gather to discuss updates in model documents, Delaware law, generative AI, and other evolving topics.

Morris Nichols partner Jeff Wolters co-presents, “The Delaware Update: Key Insights and Controversial Laws Impacting VCGCs” on Friday, September 20. He serves on the NCVA general counsel advisory board, responsible for maintaining and updating the Model Legal Documents.
