2024 NAST Treasury Management Training Symposium

The National Association of State Treasurers (NAST) hosts their annual Treasury Management Training Symposium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from May 20-23, 2024.

Morris Nichols partner, Donna Culver joins the Wednesday, May 22 unclaimed property panel, “Both Sides Now: State-Holder Views on Recent Legal Decisions.” In this session, state and holder legal counsel will discuss important recent caselaw involving owner claims, access to records, statutes of limitation, and challenges to statutory interpretations.
