2024 LLC Institute

From November 6 through November 8, 2024, the American Bar Association’s Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee hosts their annual LLC Institute in Tampa, Florida.

Morris Nichols partner, Tarik Haskins co-presents the “Delaware Case Law Update” on November 7. Topics include recent LLC and partnership cases from Delaware on various topics of significance, such as:

• Cases dealing with fiduciary duties,
• The implied covenant,
• Choice of law provisions,
• Transfer of interests and the rights of assignees,
• Restrictive covenants and cases illustrating issues arising in drafting operating agreements.
