2022 ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting

The American Bar Association hosts their hybrid Business Law Section Annual Meeting from September 15 to 17, 2022 in Washington, DC. Two Morris Nichols partners will participate as committee leaders and speakers.

Patricia Vella serves as Vice Chair of the M&A Committee and will speak on the panel, “Case Law Matters - Identifying and Dealing with Controlling Stockholders” on Thursday, September 15 at 10am.

Eric Klinger-Wilensky will speak at the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee Meeting on Thursday, September 15 at 3:30pm.
