Michael Houghton Testifies in Front of the Delaware Senate Regarding Senate Bill 197

Wilmington, DE (May 9, 2014) - Morris Nichols partner, Michael Houghton, testified in Dover on May 6, 2014 in front of the Delaware Senate regarding Senate Bill 197.

Mike has been a Delaware Uniform Law Commissioner since 1995, and is the immediate past-President of the Uniform Law Commission. 

The act that was unanimously approved is a measure that strengthens penalties for criminals engaged in human trafficking and provides safeguards for victims.
