Eric Schwartz Opening Speaker at TerraLex Bankruptcy/Insolvency Group European Meeting

Wilmington, DE – April 6, 2010 – Morris Nichols business reorganization and restructuring partner Eric Schwartz and Regional Co-Vice Chair of the TerraLex Bankruptcy/Insolvency Practice Group served as the opening speaker at the TerraLex Bankruptcy/Insolvency Group European Meeting, March 18-19, in London.

Twenty-three delegates representing twelve countries attended this year’s Meeting that focused on discussions about the differing insolvency regimes, cross border issues and the benefits and challenges of COMI-related issues facing European members.
