Sean is an associate with the Corporate Counseling Group.
His practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, he gained valuable experience as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sheldon K. Rennie of the Delaware Superior Court, where he focused on Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) cases.
While in law school, Sean served as publications editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and president of the Business Law Society. He also worked as a law clerk with the City of Cincinnati Law Department’s General Counsel Division and as a legal intern with the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC), which serves local start-ups.
