Melanie is an associate with the Commercial Law Counseling group.
Her practice focuses on partnership, limited liability company and statutory trust law.
Melanie’s work with alternative entities and commercial transactions often involves private investment funds, including fund formation, portfolio company transactions, financing transactions, fund dissolution and winding up.
She has been included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for business organizations (including LLCs and partnerships).
In law school, Melanie served on the editorial board of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.
