Jonathan is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.
His practice focuses on in-court and out-of-court restructurings, distressed asset sales, and bankruptcy litigation. Jonathan is a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
While in law school, Jonathan served on the Moot Court Board and participated in the Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. He also interned at several federal agencies while in law school and college, including the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
