Jacob M. Perrone

Jake is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.

He represents national and regional clients.

In law school, Jake served as a notes editor and staff member for the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology and gained experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Maryellen Noreika of the US District Court for the District of Delaware.

Prior to law school, Jake worked in financial services for three years as a trading analyst where he structured and executed interest rate hedging transactions on behalf of regional and community banks.
