Hallie Snyder Sacchetta
Hallie advises on Delaware law aspects of corporate transactions and corporate governance.
Her multifaceted practice includes representing boards or special committees in complex transactions, advising on complicated corporate governance questions, and issuing legal opinions and memoranda on a range of issues arising under the Delaware General Corporation Law and common law.
An active member of the ABA Business Law section, Hallie has contributed to The Business Lawyer’s Annual Survey of Judicial Developments Pertaining to Mergers and Acquisitions as well as the 2021 US Public Target Deal Points Study.
Prior to pursuing her law degree and Master of Business Administration, Hallie worked in the financial services, regulatory technology, and insurance industries. This business foundation informs the way she approaches her legal practice today, navigating complex legal issues while being cognizant of her clients’ business objectives.
