Grace is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.

Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.

Grace joined Morris Nichols as an associate with the Corporate Counseling group where her practice focused on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.

During law school, Grace was a judicial intern for the Honorable David R. Strawbridge in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and a teaching assistant for her legal research and writing professor.

In addition, she advocated for increased access to justice in the Philadelphia Municipal Court in Temple’s Access to Justice Clinic and represented clients in Family Court through the Temple Legal Aid Office’s Family Law Litigation Clinic. Grace worked on the Temple Law Review both as a staff editor and as a note/comment editor.

Prior to law school, Grace worked at an immigration law firm in Philadelphia where she helped corporate clients obtain nonimmigrant visas for foreign workers with specialized knowledge.
