Emma Skowron

Emma is an associate with the Corporate Counseling group.

Her practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.

During law school, Emma gained experience as a legal intern at a Fortune 500 financial institution. She also worked as a law clerk for the US Senate Committee on the Judiciary and completed a legal internship with a local non-profit advocacy organization.

She served as the managing editor of articles for The Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and as a research assistant to Georgetown University Law Journal’s Annual Review of Criminal Procedure.
