Courtney Kurz

Courtney is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.
She represents national and regional clients in corporate and commercial cases before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Superior Court of Delaware. Her litigation work often involves fiduciary duty and breach of contract claims and post-closing disputes.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, she gained valuable experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Wendy Beetlestone of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In law school, Courtney served as executive editor on the Temple Law Review and was recognized as a Beasley Scholar. She was the 2021 recipient of the Louis M. Natali Prize for Criminal Defense Advocacy and the J. Howard Reber Memorial Award for excellence in editing on the Temple Law Review.
