Carolyn King
Carolyn is an associate with the Corporate Counseling Group.
Her practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.
While in law school, Carolyn participated in Georgetown University Law Center’s Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic where she advised a DC-based limited liability company on governance and financing options, and drafted a number of contracts for the client’s use.
