Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.
She gained court experience during law school as a Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Collins J. Seitz Jr. of the Supreme Court of Delaware and as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Janell S. Ostroski of the State of Delaware Family Court.
Brianna was the salutatorian of her law school graduating class and served as associate editor of the Widener Law Review. She actively participated in various organizations during her legal education, including the Women’s Law Caucus, the Delaware State Bar Association’s Student Division, and the First-Generation Law Student Association. As a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, she competed in interscholastic contests, such as the Bryant Moore Civil Rights Moot Court competition.
