Senate Confirms Gregory B. Williams to Serve as a Judge in the District of Delaware
Yesterday, the Senate confirmed Gregory B. Williams to be the next judge on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, filling the seat opened when Judge Leonard P. Stark was elevated to the Federal Circuit earlier this year.
Williams has been a partner in the Delaware office of Fox Rothschild LLP since 2003. He is a seasoned litigator with experience in patent infringement and other intellectual property disputes, as well as antitrust, contract, corporate, real estate, and products liability cases in federal and state courts. Williams is well-respected in the Delaware legal community, and has served in various leadership roles, including as the former President of the Delaware State Bar Association.
