District of Delaware May Resume Jury Trials
In a notice issued today, the District of Delaware announced its decision not to extend its February 5, 2021 Standing Order suspending jury trials. Upon today’s expiration of the Standing Order, the individual judges of the Court may use their discretion to decide when any particular case will proceed to trial.
